SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide through Canada Post. Shipments are made weekly (except during holidays) on Monday and Thursday. Any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for packages delivered outside of Canada are assessed at the border and will be charged on delivery and are not included in our shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, minus a $3 processing fee. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns must contain at least 50% of the original contents. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Elixirs for Life.
